Through this week’s reading you gain a broader understanding of change and some of the nuances it can present. It is worthwhile to give attention to the requirements of a leader in these change scenarios. Consider how this deepens your understanding of innovative leadership versus change management.
For this Discussion, you examine different types of change and appropriate responses from an innovative leadership perspective.

Review Buller’s perspective on the different types of change and the leadership approach each requires
Research other perspectives on these types of change

Assignment
Post an original example based on your personal or professional experience in higher education for each type of change and then one key strategy a leader should apply for each change situation.
Explain how it is relevant to reactive, proactive, and interactive change.
