Discuss theories and explain how they relate to the society, diversity and economy in today’s time. Not sure about PAPER TOPIC

Social learning theory(Krumboltz), socioeconomic theory, and structural theory. I know for sure social learning theory is one I most definitely want to use.
If you know others theories that are better to use that is great. These are the 3 that stood out to me. Any feedback is appreciated.
