4) One of the most misleading marketing tools in thegrocery store is to claim a meat selection as a certain percentage”fat free”. For example, a selection of turkey breast is advertisedas 97% lean/fat free. This would lead the consumer to believe thatthe product is 3% fat, right? This advertised product, per serving,contains 80kcals, 16 grams protein, and 0 grams carbohydrate – what is the actual percentage fat in this product? And how can the company producing this product get away with theirclaim?
