biogas production from rape oil,sunflower oil and algea oil

A writer from your company previously made a project for me on biodiesel production which i attached below but i would like my work to be based more on biogas production. here is a guide to follow
1) after transterification of these oils i proceeded to the formation of biogas with the lower phase of the tranesterified oil(glycerol phase)
2)i prepared 4 biogas flasks. so basically the different tranesterified oil had their individual flask which contained 3.6lg of the glycerol phase in them + 45ml dilute water + 1.39g of yeast for nitrogen content(we couldn’t find any nitrogen source compound so we used yeast because it contained some after some calculations). to the last remaining biogas flask i added 3.61g celluose microcrystalline powder + 45ml of dilute water + 1.39g of yeast again. So for the biogas to work i added 5ml of biomass from the waste water treatment factory to each of the flasks.i attached a picture of this experiment
3)so twice a day i release the gas from the mixture and read the height of the elevated liquid, from the picture you would notice the elevation of the liquid mixture before the gas release and after.
