or the further readings that have been uploaded under the weekly course topics).

4.The implications of your topic for teaching/learning.
5.Summary and conclusion.

Assignment 3 Assessment Criteria
1.The focus and scope of the paper are clearly explained. There is a clear introduction and rationale (5).
2.The choice of topic project is significant and relevant and the aims of the paper are clear (5).
3.Demonstrated understanding of issues related to bilingualism and/or bilingual education (15).
4.Appropriate reference is made to the relevant literature which is well linked into the paper (15).
5.Conceptual understanding and capacity for analytical thinking about relevant theories and content (i.e. not just description but critical analysis and reflection referring to the literature where relevant) (6).
6.Appropriate presentation format with section headings, standard academic discourse and appropriate and accurate referencing (4).
