West central hospital is a health institution offering a number of health services to the people with a lot of diligent. Looking at the scorecard, the quality of their services is above average as many patients are satisfied with them. The trend shows that the hospital is profitable, and its liquidity ratio is positive and the statistical data indicate that the hospital staffs discharge their duties satisfactorily. However, the expenses are high and are likely to lower the hospitals profit, and the patient satisfaction needs some improvement to attain higher scores. However, the hospital needs to improve some areas to increase its profitability and the quality of their services. This paper will analyze the scorecard and give some recommendations on improving productivity.

The best database for the hospital in order to manage its productivity is the use of the spreadsheets as they are easy to manipulate to get the totals, the averages, rank, and perform any numeric calculation. Active member participation
