writing a business plan of the Catering business that will be called Asian Zest that provide a service in DC metro area (Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland )the business will provide Asian food and also provide a variety of services such as traditional ceremony like wedding or birthday. The founders has knowledge about cooking and one of the founder has experiences about south east Asian performance. The company will focus on food and performance services to make the different from other catering and since this is a small business we will focus on food and performance but other service that involved such as cake or flower we will have a subcontract or outside sources.

what I need in the business plan is including business strategies ,must have a TOW matrix and other information that need to the business such as competitions and market.
