• Summarize your overall thoughts on Kluwe’s letter
• In class we discussed the Nike #BETRUE campaign (see slides)… Do you believe athletes should be able to use their public platform to promote causes they support and believe such as this Nike platform or Kluwe’s letter.
Part 2:
In class we discussed the idea of creating an inclusive locker room culture or a “safe space” for all athletes and no one really came up with any good ideas.
Now that you have a little more time to think about this scenario, think about the role of a coach for youth and high school sports.
