Assignment 1: Literature Review (1,500Words)
Produce a literature review related to one of the topic areas listed below. The
only sources you should use for this assignment are journal articles found in
relevant high-quality journals. A literature review of this length will usually
discuss 5{8 articles in depth.

in class:

The purpose of this literature review is to examine recent academic work
that would help you understand your chosen topic in greater depth. In
addition to summarising the sources accurately and brie y, you must also
demonstrate the relationships between the sources chosen and the topic.
This can include adapting sources as necessary, so that they can be
applied in a new context. At an advanced level, a literature review will also
critique the sources used, discussing ways in which they can be improved or
extended.
