Analyze the key concerns at each level of sports management in professional, collegiate, and Olympic level. Choose what you think are two of the most important issues at each level, and compare and contrast the topics across the levels of sport.

The topics could include such problems as gender equity, financial inequality, abuse of power, funding sources, amateurism, labor disputes and ethical issues. Using the selections and case studies as examples, in addition to research from at least four to five outside sources, describe what concerns organizations are facing at each level. Are the issues unique to one level versus another? What similarities are there in the issues that each level faces?

What conclusions can be drawn about the business of sports, based on this analysis? Predict what the future of the business of sports will look like, given the analysis. Organize all of the ideas into an eight to ten page research paper (not including title and reference pages), formatted in APA style.

Writing the Final Paper

The Final Paper:
•Must be eight to ten double-spaced pages in length and formatted according to APA style.
•Must include a cover page that includes:
– Title of paper

– Student’s name
– Course name and number
– Instructor’s name
– Date submitted
•Must begin with an introductory paragraph that has a succinct thesis statement.
•Must address the topic of the paper with critical thought.
•Must end with a conclusion that reaffirms your thesis.
•Must use at least four scholarly resources.
•Must document all sources in APA style.
•Must include a separate reference page, formatted according to APA style.
