Question: in terms of government structure, how revolutionary was the system created in 1787. Where and why did the founders incorporate aristocracy, monarchy, and democracy? How did this new system compare with the previous forms of government that existed in the colonies, England or the structure under the Ariticle of Confederation? Finally, how democratic was the final system using the concepts of procedural and substantive democracy?
