Procedure
1.Review the reading materials for the week. Reflect on the following questions:
a.What are my current practices regarding anticipation and environmental scanning?
b.How do I rate the current state of my personal resilience? What strengthens and what weakens the level of my resilience?
c.How do I rate my personal level of adaptability?
d.How do I rate my skills in leading for organizational resilience and adaptability?
e.How do I rate my skills for leading others through transitions?
f.How well do I understand my future-focused leadership skills?
2.Based on your reflections and on the future you wish to create for yourself (including your venture, if applicable), determine which three key skills or practices are the most important ones for you to develop, and why.
3.For each of the three skills, develop a table containing concrete action planning (SMART: specific, measurable, actionable, relevant, and time-based). Implementation of the action plan is to begin at the end of this course; the planning period is 12 months.
4.Format your paper using APA guidelines.
a.Your paper should contain a summary of key insights from Step 1, a clear explanation of your priorities and rationale for these priorities from Step 2, and a well-structured action plan in table format from Step 3.
