Please read the attached word doc. for this assignment’s requirements and follow instructions.
Please watch “VEGUCATED” or “FORKS OVER KNIVES “(Netflix) for inspiration & information before you start this assignment, since this is a important step for points and

the assignment requires you to mention some reference and information from these two video,So please watch them on Netflix (http://www.netflix.com/WiHome?

ref=ec&locale=en-US). It probably need a short time registration and you can watch the movie by “Start your free month”. I have also provided you the link for the

movie’s trailer and people’s comment on this video:

Please check out the above three links, it will help to write the essay.

Conduct your experiment for at least four days—one week is better. Say how you felt doing it, and whether or not you feel you were successful. Then write 2 pages in

journal-style entry.

I have also attached some pictures of the food that i cooked and eat in these days, it is Chinese food ,you don’t have to put the same food in this essay,focus more on

as a personal experiment in renunciation and the experience’s benefit side. Also, make sure to explain its purpose and its roots within the context of eastern

traditions, along with other motivating factors.
Some benefit tip for the experience:
Breaths are more fresh;
Self control;
loose weight;
feeling ease physically, etc..

You can also mention in one of the journal for these five days experience that it help my teeth’s health. Before this experience for giving up meat, I have two wisdom

teeth that are growing with sharp pain , it is also hard for me to bite big meat. I feel very hurt then when I started this vegetarian experience, it somehow help my

wisdom teeth’s painful reaction.etc..
There are many good examples that you can write about for going vegan.

If you have any questions, let me know ahead of time.I hope you can do a great job on this paper, because it is very important to my grade so that I ordered the paper

for top writer and premium quality.

Choose one topic from the list below. Some might seem easy, while others might seem difficult. That is not the point. The important thing is to choose according to

your interests and to write honestly. It is also important to reflect back on what you’ve learned in class, while exploring your topic.

Two pages. Written legibly in your blue book, or, typed and affixed nicely onto the pages of the blue book.

1. Conduct a personal experiment in renunciation — for this option, you will give up meat for at least four days. and write about it. Make sure to explain its purpose

and its roots within the context of eastern traditions, along with other motivating factors. If you choose this option, here is an info sheet from the Gentle Barn to

get you started. Part of this assignment is to first watch VEGUCATED or FORKS OVER KNIVES (Netflix) for inspiration & information. Reference your documentary of choice

in your report. It may also be fun and helpful to consult a vegetarian friend for advice and enlist them as a “support buddy.” Giving up meat means giving up all meat,

including seafood. If you’re already vegetarian, you may still choose this option by going vegan!

*Note 1: Conduct your experiment for at least four days—one week is better. Say how you felt doing it, and whether or not you feel you were successful. A journal-style

entry is acceptable.
*Note 2: If you “lie” about your experiment, you will have only failed yourself. This is a test of your own grit and character! It is also a commitment of your heart

and mind. Enjoy your journey, knowing you’re making a positive difference!
*Note 4: To my Christian students, here is a website I HIGHLY recommend, for support from your own tradition: http://www.all-creatures.org/cva/default.htm.
