A Case Analysis and Transnational Management of PepsiCo

1. Executive Summary – Summarize the impact of the current global economic financial environment on Human Resource Management (its policies and practices) as it pertains to the MNC you have selected. (Minimum 2 Pages).

2. The research project requires that each student submit a written paper discussing the impact of the current global economic financial environment on Human Resources Management; its policies and practices, as it relates to each of the following section-headings:
• Staffing; meaning employee positions, and/or an organizational chart.
• Compensation; meaning benefits, salary, vacation, etc.
• Operations management; meaning how does the business function.
• Cultural issues/social responsibility.
• Labor practices.
Under each heading (5), write your research information as it pertains to each section as mentioned above.

3. Conclusion – Write a conclusion of your findings about the MNC based on the current global economic financial environment on Human Resources Management (policies and practices) and your opinion of the future direction on HR related policies and practices. (Minimum 2 Pages).

4. Reference List – Research sources should be reputable. Research must be cited in the body of the paper (in text citation) and a Reference Page must be included. The References page does not count as one of your pages. The paper must be written using the APA format.
