The paper should include :
a dynamic personalized title
a clear argument developed at the end of the introduction
a concise presentation of directly relevant historical data and chronologies
a close, careful description of the characteristic features of each monument, portion of monument, or ensemble;
an analysis of work(s) you have studied, dealing with style and global contextualized meanings.
First and foremost the paper should reflect close personal observation. The research should offer facts, appropriate terminology, and the corresponding historical and stylistic context only. Be selective. Should work from a floorplan or layout whenever appropriate.
Credits (preferably MLA format) and a bibliography are mandatory.
Be careful to avoid all forms of plagiarism; and be wary of internet sources. Only authoritative web pages (not including wikipedia) should be cited.
Bibliography may include works written in french.
