this is a group assignment, I need to do the section of value for money 2000 words.
the project we choose is The Tokaido Shinkansen (, Tkaid Shinkansen) is a shinkansen line that connects Japans three largest metropolitan areas (Tokyo/Yokohama, Nagoya and Osaka/Kyoto) with each other. It is Japans best used shinkansen line with departures every few minutes.When opened in 1964, the Tokaido Shinkansen was the worlds first high speed railway line. Then trains already ran at about 200 km/h. Nowadays they reach speeds of 270 km/h. The line is operated by the Central Japan Railway Company, also known as JR Tokai. Tokaido is the name of the main road, which connected the former capital of Kyoto with todays capital of Tokyo during the Edo Period.Shinkansen is operated by JR Groups. It is one of the fastest train in world and sometimes called Bullet Train. It has a different tracks from the local line. JR has now six Shinkansen lines.Tokaido Shinkansen is the oldest and busiest Shinkasen line and it is operated between Tokyo, Nagoya, Kyoto and Osaka. Sanyo Shinkansen is operated between Osaka, Okayama, Hiroshima and Hakata (Fukuoka). Both lines are connected each other. Some of the fastest train, Nozomi go through from Tokyo to Hakata. Since Kyushu Shinkansen was started to operate between Hakata and Kagoshima Chuo, it was connected with Sanyo Shinkansen at Hakata. Many trains are operated between Shin-Osaka and Kagoshima-Chuo directly.
