In most U.S. law schools, the curriculum is based on the case study method. This means that students read previous cases in order to learn how courts make legal decisions by applying relevant law to the facts of the case. In this manner, law students learn not only the law, but also gain an understanding of the reasoning
courts use in deciding disputes. While you are not law students, this is still the best method to learn the law. Throughout the semester, each student will complete a legal case analysis. Format for the case analysis should conform to the guidelines of the American Psychological Association (APA). Further, formatting for this assignment should be double-spaced with 1-inch margins and typed in 12-point Times New Roman font.  *The case study should sports related, as this is for a sport and leisure management class*
