The project idea is about a company’s problem.. we should talk about one problem .. I choose turnover rate at this company , only at ( The production depatrmant which have 2 department the machine Operator and packaging departments as you will see in the attachments) and in the report ther is a worker which mean non saudi worker and ther is a packer which is saudi .
.. it is my graduation project it is too important to me ..
