Outline is required. 12 page paper not including the title and reference pages. Your title page must include the title of your paper, the date, the name of this course, your name, and your instructor’s name. a title page and a references. References page must be written in APA citation style Times New Roman style. You must cite a minimum of ten (10) outside sources. Paraphrases of others’ work must include attributions to the authors. Limit quotations to an average of no more than 3-5 lines, and use quotations sparingly.
