Compare and contrast the various theoretical approaches (chaos, complexity, autopoiesis, dialectical change, and so on) discussed in the unit readings. Analyze how these various approaches can strengthen or weaken the culture of an organization, both national and global. Evaluate how functional units can develop their culture through the perspective of these theories.
