Good day! I am writing this letter of concern with regards to the increasingly alarming state of social welfare in our community, particularly with the case of sexual offenses which have long been a pressing problem in our community I am a professional working in and long trained in the social welfare policy area where I have been a staunch advocate and at the same time, devoted practitioner. In writing this specific letter of concern where I also wish to bring up my own views and assessments of the issue at hand, I deem it necessary to establish my credibility first as I address you before you can look more closely at my propositions and recommendations.
