Hello, This is a Final-exam need to be finish before the deadline, there are 3 questions. You will find 3 files, the 1st one is the questions, the 2nd is lectures note, the 3rd is a book called The Toyota Way

The instruction are very simple:

* Follow the instruction for each question carefully
* You are only allowed to use the material I gave you (Lecture note + the Toyota way book) you can focus on the lecturer notes as it is much preferred by the professes
* You are not allowed to use any other resources (Very strict)
* Finish before the deadline
* The 2 stander pages (550 words) must equal to one requirement stander page which are ( One page, single space, font Times roman size 11, 1 margins on all side)
* This is very important as any text in excess of these requirement will be ignored by my professes
