Topic: Spanking / Child and youth discipline in Canada

This paper will examine public perception/ stigma surrounding the spanking/ discipline of a child/ youth (you can give a broad perspective and then focus on Canada), dissect the effects of Section 43 of the Canadian Criminal Code on Spanking and other legal ramifications (also the 2004 decision by the Supreme Court to uphold this law), and analyze the sociological and theoretical aspect surrounding spanking/ discipline of children/ youth.
