Solution-Review a biological article –

Review a biological published article from pubmed and write a literature review paper on it

Clathrin Assembly Protein CALM Plays a Critical Role in KIT Signaling by Regulating Its Cellular Transport from Early to Late Endosomes in Hematopoietic Cells.

The paper that is to be written should be more than a summary, but should be written from a biological science standpoint.

Introduction:

One of the most active cellular processes which are important in the field of membrane trafficking thereby mediating the entire process by which the nutrients and the various growth factors enter within the cells happens through the process of endocytos is which is mostly mediated by clather in (Schmid and Mc moho 2007).

Clather in coated vesicles are formed when the receptor for plasma membrane goes and binds to the target molecule which is generally followed by assembly of accessory molecules which include AP2, epsin and clather in assembly lymphoid myeloid leukemia protein (CALM) which is generally recruited from the cytoplasm into the membrane (Schmid and Mc moho 2007, Godlee and Kaksonen., 2013).

The target molecules are transported to the early and late end some by the clatherin coated vesicles (Godlee and Kaksonen., 2013). This phenomenon is also regulated by subsequent degradation of target molecules which is mediated by inter cellular trafficking which takes place in the trans membrane golgi network lysosomes as well as the end some (Schmid and Mc moho 2007). It has also been reported that a variety of important roles are also being played by receptor tyro sine kinases (RTKs) which includes KIT, epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) and MET as far as growth and maintenance of cellular machinery is concerned as they are increasingly being expressed on their surface (McMahon and Boucrot., 2011).
