Should the growing of hemp be legalized in the USA?  Question 2:  I was invited to a hemp rally a number of years ago by a student in one of my classes.  I went because I taught an Oil and Fiber Crops Class, and hemp is both an oil and a fiber crop.  I knew a lot of the farmers in the area, and there was not one farmer there, that I recognized.  Why might that be?  (I would like you to write at least 100 words)
