Research on Influence of Knowledge Transfer on Technology Innovation Capacity: Empirical Evidence from Multinational Corporations in China

1.2 Aim and objectives of the dissertation
By taking Chinese companies as example, this dissertation aims to investigate the relationship among multinational corporations’ knowledge transfer, absorptive capacity, and technology innovation capacity empirically. The research objectives are proposed as follows.
(1) To analyze the effect of multinational corporations’ knowledge transfer on absorptive capacity of Chinese local companies.
(2) To analyze the effect of multinational corporations’ knowledge transfer on technology innovation capacity of Chinese local companies.
(3) To analyze the effect of absorptive capacity on technology innovation capacity of Chinese local companies.
(4) To make recommendations for strengthening the technology innovation capacity of Chinese local companies.
