Reports on Starbucks using Porter’s five Force

1.Imagine that you are a consultant working for a well known coffee shop chain such as Costa, Starbucks, Caf Nero etc. The CEO has asked you to write a short report of about 400 words analyzing the chain using Porters Five forces model. She has asked you to identify at least two elements in each Force and describe an information indicator for each element. You should assume that the CEO has a deep knowledge of the business and any background descriptions are not required.
