The assignment is a longitudinal one on a staged completion basis to permit continuous assessment and feedback. It is intended to reflect the progression of the project during the post-contract period. The assessments will be based upon a project scenario:
Scenario
The project is a speculative mixed use commercial development in Cambridge consisting of six small shop units and one city-centre supermarket unit on the ground floor and office accommodation on the first floor. The client is an Eastern European property development company undertaking their first project in the UK.
The work is being carried out under the standard JCT form without quantities.Contract
