Leadership is a way above management which involves mobilization of resources. Coaching is a personal virtue that encourages other people to have faith in their capabilities in achieving their goals. Coaching and development is essential to keep and maintain quality future leaders.
Decision making is a responsibility applied by a decisive leader who understands matters at hand and is willing to make the final decision. Decision making requires a gentle approach to avoid hasty or sluggish decisions without considering the outcome. To avoid this Edwin plans adequately to make appropriate decisions as a leader and this leads to optimum decisions. He puts together all activities intended to happen in a manner that is consistent.
