Overview
The project charter provides an overview of the proposed project and is a working plan for how it will be executed. It contains key information including the who, what, when, and where of the project and how it will be conducted. For this assignment, you will use information from the interview you conducted and the template linked in Resources (THIS WILL BE IN ADDITIONAL FILES) to develop the first part of the project charter for your project.

page 3, you seem to be presenting a different topic. That is, you talk about “workplace safety”, “workplace
violence”, and then “rise of violence specifically due to patients with psychiatric challenges”. I circled what I

Try to utilize Capella’s PICOT framework in subsequent papers to present your thesis/statement/project topic
sentence: P-problem, I-intervention, C-comparison (note, every project will not have 2 groups which are being

PROJECT TOPIC: TO IMPLEMENT A CHANGE MANAGEMENT TOOL FOR THE GROWING CASE OF WORKPLACE VIOLENCE AGAINST NURSES
Because of the growing cases of workplace violence against nurses , I think it is logical to adopt and implement an evidence-based approach as a change management tool to help address reporting. The approach will insure healthcare workers overcome the reluctance of nurses to report work place violence.

Although this project should address a relevant gap, data or contextual evidence may not be available. Using the Project Charter Template provided (THIS WILL BE IN ADDITIONAL FILES), complete Part 1 for this assignment. Write in the narrative where indicated. Be succinct but be sure to include all required information. Use citations as needed and include the reference list on the last page.
