Need a policy generation paper that needs to focus in PROPOSING NEW POLICY directions and/or alternative policy recommendations for dealing with  Saudi Arabia financial support of terrorists groups.

QUESTIONS TO CONSIDER:
1. How should current policy be changed, adapted, reformed, or replaced to deal with your threat issue?

2. What areas of current policy are more in need of dramatic reform?

3. How would your alternative policy prescriptions help solve or improve the flaws/problems in current policy?

Attached are four papers  that speak of the Saudi threat and U.S. policy. Although this paper is a continuation of the attached papers I need this paper to stand on its own.
