Instructions to Follow:

*Review all of the issues contained in the PIR 2.

*Determined the effectiveness of the Product (the recently implemented or upgraded systems(s) that was the target of the PIR (Post Implementation Review).

*review the issues and apply some type of weighing to the quantity and severity of the issues and make a judgment on the success of the project.

*Part of this effort is to review all of the- What worked and What didn’t issues and determine if they impacted the overall quality of the product of the supporting infrastructure in the (PIR2).

*basically you need to make a case for the project being a success or failure based on the information provided in the case study (PIR2).
