Based on the exercises undertaken in class undertake a self-reflective review of your own suitability for an entrepreneurial career based on your current skills and knowledge. The essay should be no longer than 1000 words long (not counting appendices) and it should consider the following factors:
• Personal and work ambitions (Entrepreneurial traits/characteristics) do you display any entrepreneurial traits or characteristics based on your results. What were your strengths and how can you build on them?
• Based on the activities suggest: how you can overcome any weaknesses you have identified and are there any skills you feel you need to achieve or develop further?
• Have you got any business, work or life experience (work experience, full or part time employment and business attributes) that would be beneficial to an entrepreneurial career?
• Do you see yourself as an enterprising person? Can you recall examples from any situation when you have acted in enterprising ways?
• Have you ever “spotted and opportunity?” If so what did you do about it? Did you act on it? If not, what stopped you?
• How could your qualities benefit a business or business idea?
• Consider your life stage circumstances (education, family, religion, culture, age and circumstances), how do these impact on a possible entrepreneurial career now or in the future? Do they encourage or deter you from following an entrepreneurial career?
• Consider the results in your all of the activities paying particular attention to the critical life path, have any of these incidents had an impact on your career choice and your desire to follow an entrepreneurial career.
• Consider your Leadership attributes, are you currently suited to a position of authority?
• Were your findings from the activities what you expected? Explain.

This task draws on the results from the activities attached and your life stage circumstances. Based on the findings of the activities attached (personal traits and skills wheel, strengths and weaknesses, and the questionnaires) summarise your thoughts on your suitability for an entrepreneurial career now or in the future. Justify your thoughts throughout. Please ensure you draw on the results of the activities and consider your life stage circumstances when carrying out this task. You should use suitable examples to support your work.
