Performance strategy report

Prepare a Performance Management Strategy report ensuring all the Performance Criteria are covered.Evaluate your organisations existing performance management system and develop a plan to modify the system. Your report must detail the proposed changes, justification of the modifications, an implementation plan, and a plan for evaluating the modifications.OrIf your organisation does not have an existing performance management system, develop a performance management system for your workplace. Your report must detail the process, justification of this process, an implementation plan, and a plan for evaluating the impact on the workplace.For both reports you must address the following points:
the process of performance management
the roles and responsibilities of all people involved
action taken to address employees performing below standard
relevant policies and/or legislation regarding disciplinary and termination measures
the appropriate grievance procedure available to employees if they have concerns with the process or outcome of any part of their performance management
the creation of learning and development plans for individual and group learning
how you will implement the changes or total plan
how the performance management system will be evaluated.Presentation Format
You MUST include at least five (5) different reference sources and not all websites. You must include in-text references and a reference list.
Present the assignment in a format you would consider appropriate to submit to senior management. Colour printing not necessary.
Suggested length 2000 2500 words.
