Contact a JCAHO accredited hospital in your area and speak to the Director of Facility Maintenance (or similar title). Ask him or her what activities he or she does on a regular basis to remain OSHA compliant.

Include frequency of activities
What trainings are conducted within the hospital to staff to help ensure that standards are maintained?
How do they stay abreast of the changes in the standards?
Has OSHA ever fined them?  If so, in what area and how much was the fine?
Write your responses in a 2- to 3-page report using APA style.  Make sure your paper clearly outlines the questions and answers by using headings where appropriate.
