Narrative Intervention. – on the novel, “Of mice and men”
Order Description
You are to demonstrate your understanding of the novel ‘Of Mice and Men’ including your understanding of characters, themes, social context and narrative style – by intervening at some point in the text. However instead of filling in a gap or silence, you must choose a crucial point in the text and create a new direction for the story.

Whilst you are able to alter the events of the story, you must continue the third person narrative and position your readers to particular understandings about the identities, concepts, times and places in the novel.
