My World Religion (MWR), CREATIVE ESSAY!
Essay is based off the book: Experiencing the World’s Religions, 6th edition, by Michael Molloy.

This MWR essay is creative & not simply a summary of each chapter. So, it is not a simple restatement of facts and beliefs.

Rather, see yourself as a religious leader adding a new chapter (Ch 13) with your own insights that are beneficial to our 21st century world. After all, it is your personal creative response based on your findings from various chapters (and yes, you may include the one that you prefer) that you are now integrating into your own response.

Items might include: (Ch 1) your own religious worldview; your healing process; your view of the divine or Reality, humanity and the sacred/good life that we should be living; (Ch 2) your rejection or acceptance of animism; an acceptance of respect for nature; a new ‘Green’ religion based on your insights; etc

****At least 3 pages/typed/75% findings/25% reaction
****Examples of other student samples will be attached!

Criteria:
a. ‘MWR’ follows Directions, Guidelines and Templates.
b. It has the proper Form & Structure.
c. Demonstrates Sound Analysis (worldviews, selected religions).
d. Demonstrates Critical and Creative Reflections (realistic, insightful, creative).
e. Demonstrates Engagement (growth, relevancy, practical, healing).
