Write a memo (TWO FULL PAGES LONG) following the instructions provided below: Select a task that you do on a regular basis, such as taking notes in class, doing a
homework assignment, grocery shopping, or another task you may perform at your jobs. Write two-pages, quality-at-the-source memo to: Cathy Frampton, about the
difficulties you might encounter by not doing it correctly the first time. Relate this to the concept of Total Quality Management.

The memo must have an introduction paragraph, 2-3 examples of the difficulties you might encounter and a conclusion paragraph. The memo should be close to two full
pages with the proper heading.
