Work Integrated Change project (WIP)
To apply relevant change theory to the organisational change situation. TO analyze, interpret and evaluate using the available theories. Refer to attached document for assignment explanation: Unit outline.pdf (page 4 “assessment 1: work integrated change project”).
Assignment requires us to conduct interview with a person in the organization who is involved with the change intervention, please do made up the interview accordingly. Please refer the company as company x.

Please refer closely with the unit outline, ppt slide on WIP (work integrated project), marking guide and the lecture note attached. a sample of WIP project from previous student is also attached (not the ideal sample work).
reference should be chicago in-text not footnote. In-dept analytical skill required with references from scholarly journal articles only. please stay 2500 words +-10%. follow the unit outline very closely.
teacher hate the sequence of firstly, secondly, thirdly, lastly. please avoid such annotation. use heading, subheading instead.
Apply the 3 in 1 approach in every analysis:
1. share the situation/ problem/ solution ( whats happening in the company e.g. job satisfaction)
2. theories/concept (e.g. external internal drivers)
3. application (theories to situation) with references journals (in-text)
ASSESSMENT CRITERIA FOR WORK INTEGRATED LEARNING – MC 300
Report writing: Refer to folder ‘assessments’ for report writing structure.
As a bare minimum to achieve a passing grade students must satisfy the following:
1. Critical thinking – Apply appropriate problem solving processes, arguments, critical and creative thinking. Identify, implement and evaluate strategies for the resolution of problems. Create innovative solutions.
2. Referencing – Students need to use both in-text referencing and build a reference list. Students must use at least 8 sources of reference.
Pass (P) – A score in the range of 50-59 will be awarded.
• Demonstrate ability to reference using Chicago referencing.
• Show 8 sources of reference, both in-text referencing as well as reference list.
• Draw a valid conclusion/recommendation based on the information the student has found.
Credit (C) – A score in the range of 60-69 will be awarded.
• In addition to the requirements for a pass, students present a well formulated and referenced argument.
• Applied understanding of the issues.
Distinction (D) – A score in the range of 70-79 will be awarded.
• The student has gone beyond the obvious and demonstrated originality and initiative
• Show evidence of further readings beyond the minimum requirements of 6 sources of reference.
• Chicago referencing is correct.
High Distinction (HD) – A score in the range of 80-100 will be awarded.
• Correct Chicago referencing.
• Demonstrate subtle and critical insight as well as mature understanding of the issues.
• Report clearly and concisely demonstrates that the student presents a logical argument that leads to an ensuing recommendation.
• Considerable additional work in wider areas relevant to the assessment has been done.
• Students who have exceeded 2500 words should not be awarded a high distinction.
