Preferred language style: English (U.S.)I am taking a managerial skills class, and we are a group of four,

this is our final project, the project is that we interview a manger

in a company and ask him some qurstions about managerial skills. We

already did that and got the answers. One of the answers he answered

was that he’s a ” Micromanagement ” kind of manager. So, i am supposed

to write 1 and a half to two pages about the solutions about

micromanagement and the professor asked to also mention in the paper

the correlations (for example, how management is related to work

efficiency, productivity, business growth and etc.) he also wants the

two sources to be from those: 1- Journal of applied

psychology or 2- Academy of Management or 3- Academy of management

review or 4- Journal of organizational behavior or 5- journal of

management or 6- Personal psychology or 7- HRM – HRMR. or such a

reliable sources. he wants the sources to have in them the correlation

table so you can site them in the paper (there is no need to put the

table in the paper, you just say how micromanagement is related to

something). I will attach the introduction that our group did for the

paper, it shows how the paper is going to flow, my part is the first

part (Micromanagement) ..
