Project description
In Brothers, Baldy Li and Song Gang both love the same woman-Lin Hong. In Balzac and the littke Chinese seamstress, Luo and Ma both love the same woman-the little seamstress. Those are both the love and relationship in 3 people that is two men and one woman. So I want to compare those two loves which are similar but different. These are the two books:
1. Dai Sijie, Balzac and the Little Chinese Seamstress (trans. Ina Rilke, 2001)
2. Yu Hua, Brothers (trans. Eileen Cheng-yin Chow & Carlos Rojas, 2009)

You can only use these two books and the whole essay should talk about from those two books.
