Literature Reviews
These reviews will give you the opportunity to learn what researchers
and industry leaders are
saying/observing/finding/strategizing/developing/etc. about the nature
and process of change. These articles need to be academic and
peer-reviewed. Reviews and editorials are not suitable, even if they
appear in peer-reviewed journals! These articles are meant to help you
conduct research for your group project. The assignment is supposed to
be a two-page maximum, single space (one space between paragraphs, no
indentation, 1-inch margins all around) report that highlights the
article’s content as well as your critical evaluation of its
practical/theoretical use. The “Annotation” section needs to be
written in the third person, and the “Personal Reflection” can be
written in the first person.

. Each review should be arranged in the following way:
a. Each source review must be written in APA style and be no more than
two pages, single space.
b. Articles must be recent. Only articles from 2005 to 2008 will be accepted.

ii. Annotation (first subtitle): This is the part that summarizes
useful information presented in the article in an academic way. Should
be written in the academic third person.
