Literature Review (Contingency Theory)

I failed on this assignment and I ask for a chance to rewrite it. I need someone to ensure that my rewrite work going to pass. I don’t want this work too perfect or very professional but I want to make it  better and pass.

this is my lecturers comment:

Overall, this assignment makes a few basic points. You selected a good number of quality sources to review. However, it seems that you struggled with making sense of what you read. The poor quality of communication is not helpful either. Also, your thoughts are presented in a very unstructured way.
To improve your work you need:
1)    Put more effort in understanding the readings. If you struggle with tjat book an appointment with your lecturer and for help.
2)    You need to present your work in a more structured way. Start off from a problem, then define the main terms, explain the theory and then review the literature.
3)    A literature review also needs to cover empirical finding in a systematic way.
4)    I strongly recommend that you ask a friend, ideally a native English speaker, to review your assignments before submission.

I chose ‘Development in Contingency Theory’
