Here is lacking in the area of a discussion of leadership theories observed/practiced during the activity. I have about 1 1/2 pages of discussion. I would like you increase this to at least 6 pages. Tell about the leadership theories I used or observed. Did they work? Why or why not? Would another approach work better? These are some of the questions you need to consider when writing this section of the paper.
