I need to write a project Prospectus about my final project
The paper is about Urbanization around Potomac river and how the ecology affected by measuring the soil erosion and the measurement will use the runoff measurements and try to use the widespread runoff and rainfall measurements to decide the appropriate and recommend soil conservation means to apply.

Introduction : About the whole research and about the whole measurements
Body just states how the we can measure the soil erosion and how ecology affect the river
