Topic: Islam and Military in Pakistan
Order Description
Paper should be about that;
Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan, wanted a democratic & secular state. Instead, Pakistan has emerged as a state torn by religious conflicts and militancy, and controlled by the Military, even during sporadic terms of civilian rule. Discuss Jinnah’s vision of on the state he founded, while explaining the forces–both domestic and international–that have turned Pakistan into a brittle authoritarian state in which the political discourse is heavily influenced by the mosque and the Military.
