1. What is business or corporate strategy?

How a business intends to meet or achieve its overall objectives is business strategy. It entails putting in place a number of short term, mid term and long term methods towards the business objectives.

2. What is corporate International business strategy?

These are the plans that are put in place to enable meeting business objectives from transactions between business entities of different countries.

3. How business strategy and international business strategy differ

Despite the existence of a thin line between the two, business strategy tends to focus more on individual businesses within a given state. On the other hand, interntional business strategy can be of one business operating in different countries. It intends to apply methods that are unique to that particular state (Lampel 18-22).

Every company at its inception is driven by the long-term desire to achieve various objectives. This can only be attained if the company outlines the means to attain the various objectives. It is therefore prudent for businesses to have business strategy as it provides guidelines under which the company operates through.

It is of great benefit for a company to adopt international business strategy immediately it embarks on the global market niche. This would provide an essential guideline in enabling it meet its international business objectives (Lampel 33-35).

Changes in international market dynamics and introduction of new company products should always motivate various companies to adjust existing international corporate strategy. Adjusting these strategies ensures the company remains relevant to the prevailing market needs which is key for the success of any company.
