Evaluate the statistical information relating to the analysis of Fire and Rescue data  included in Merseyside Fire and Rescue Services MFRS( Integrated Risk Management plan) 2012-15. Provide an  overview of your interpretation of this data and develop a strategy for improving community safety in areas  you have identified as being at risk.
