An introduction is where you let the reader know what you have read, what you are doing is important, and what are you trying to do. They share information so they have the product itself, they have HR, marketing, engineering, they discuss what are the problem, they share with other engineering departments doing other products. Eg. Procter and Gamble has huge canteen / pantry so that people can discuss and socialise. They allow socialization to take place. See if you can find anything that you can explain how information is exchange in P&G. Explain how information is exchange using Nonaka Framework.

Business relationship – More to explain how you can talk about trust (Uncertainties) More as a additional. Please use practical examples from the world of business to underpin your arguments in this section. Eg, P&G has upstream and downstream, how do they build trust – more contractual or shareholdings in the company? Commitment trust or transaction trust, etc can be explain in this section. How does P&G do it? Eg. they may have shares in some of the upstream suppliers, they send the people to manage them so there is some stake holding within the upstream supply. Look at the culture and see what kind of information they share.
Real example: P&G implemented diversity of views, they employ people that cannot be the same nationality or races as they think that they think that people may collude. There is no diversity of information in the company.
