Project’s report

Include in the report:

1. Project description

2. Initial problem research including a minimum of 10 references; all of them must be from real journals or books.
( PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ALL REFERENCES ARE LEGIT WHERE IT WILL BE CHECKED IF THE REFERENCES LEGIT OR NOT)

3. Description of project accomplishments so far, including:

a) Initial analysis, measurements, investigations, modeling, programming, etc. that the team has completed.

b) Identify your personal contribution – include details.

4. Lessons learned:

a) 5 lessons learned regarding the management of your team

b) 5 lessons learned regarding the your sponsor

c) 5 lessons learned regarding the project scope and plan

d) Try to include at least 3 positive lessons learned in the above list of 15

e) Be very detailed about each lesson learned; include your plans going forward to prevent recurrence of negative lessons, and assure continuance for positive lessons learned
